Next, we look to understand a bit about what you are looking for. Separate the "must haves" from the "want to have" and selecting a community or neighborhood that is the best fit for you.

 

'Must haves'  may be critically related to commuting, size needed, home-style (single level, condo, two-story, acreage) or details like the garage, schools, and age of the home. 

PRE-QUALIFICATION

Once you have addressed the above needs, your next step in the purchasing process is to get pre-qualified with a mortgage company. We want to make sure we show you homes you can comfortably afford and meet your needs.

FINDING THE RIGHT HOME

Once we have determined what you are looking for in a home, along with your preferred community/ neighborhood, we then help you determine which properties fit your needs by using the (MLS) Multiple Listing Service system and speaking with our colleagues about properties that may be coming to the market.

 

We strive to use our resources to help locate homes that meet your criteria, through industry tours, we also preview homes that may be on the market to give you additional insight and learn more about the home before we may present it.
